Note: We will not be able to help you if the electricity was cut due to unpaid bills with your previous electricity provider. To receive our help, you must also pass a credit check. You can have D-number.
How do we help?

What you must do before contacting us:
- Order a power agreement here – we need your personal details and meter number in our system. Here you can check where to find your meter number.
- Contact us and be patient. If you’re calling outside of working hours, we may not always have access to a computer.
