How to pay your invoice

Viddakraft offers flexible payment options whether you have a Norwegian bank account or are paying from abroad.

Paying from a Norwegian bank account

If you have a Norwegian bank account, paying is straightforward.

You need:

• Account number: (find on your invoice from Viddakraft)
• KID number: (find on your invoice from Viddakraft)
• Amount due

Simply enter the KID number exactly as shown on your invoice. The KID ensures your payment is automatically matched to your account.

Payment from a Norwegian DNB bank account

Paying from a foreign bank account

If you're paying from a bank outside Norway, you cannot use the KID number. Instead, use your full name as the payment reference.

You need:

• IBAN: (find on your invoice from Viddakraft)
• BIC/SWIFT: (find on your invoice from Viddakraft)
• Reference: Your full name (as registered with Viddakraft)
• Amount due

Important: Write your full name exactly as it appears on your invoice. This helps us match the payment to your account.

How Viddakraft sends invoices

We offer three ways to receive your invoice:

Popular payment methods in Norway

AvtaleGiro (Direct debit)

AvtaleGiro is an automatic payment agreement between you and your bank. When activated, your bank automatically pays your Viddakraft invoice on the due date. You don't need to do anything - the amount is deducted from your account automatically.

How it works:

• Set up once through your Norwegian online bank
• Your bank pays the invoice automatically on the due date
• You receive a notification before each payment
• You can cancel or pause anytime

AvtaleGiro combined with eFaktura is the most convenient option - you receive the invoice in your bank, and it's paid automatically.

eFaktura/Vipps

You can pay your invoice using your online banking/Vipps if you have eFaktura enabled. The invoice appears in your Norwegian online bank/Vipps app, and you can approve payment with a single tap.

Manual bank transfer

Log into your Norwegian online bank and pay using the account number and KID from your invoice. This works for all Norwegian bank accounts.
